The Tournament Training Program year will begin in September and end each June. The year will be broken in to Trimesters as follows: Sept.-Nov., Dec.-Feb., and Mar.-June. This fee will be due in addition to the cost of tournament classes, and will cover the following expenses:

• Administrative Labor Costs
• Scheduled / Non-Scheduled Coaching Fees
• USAT Coaching classes or seminars
• Out-of-State tournament travel. AJK’s Martial Arts and Fitness Center, Inc. will pay 25% of total airfare and 100% of all other travel related costs for any coaches who accompany athletes to competitions. The remaining 75% of the airfare will need to be paid for by the parents of the students participating in said event.
• Financial Hardship. If a member of the AJK’s Martial Arts and Fitness Center, Inc. Tournament Team is experiencing a financial hardship, AJK’s Martial Arts and Fitness Center, Inc. will pay for 50% of the tournament registration fees.
• Tournament team warm-up uniform (Coming May 2007)

We shall now begin offering a package for Tournament Training classes. The cost includes 12 tournament classes per trimester and is a 15% savings off the regular price. These classes are non-refundable. Any classes that have not been used by the end of the trimester will be forfeited. Of course, you always have the option of paying per class at the standard rate of $20 per class.
